Language
Official language of Worldwork 2014 is English. We would like to translate at least lectures and presentations into Polish and to other languages if possible. We kindly request participants who would like such translation to their language to write an e-mail to organizers.
Payments
PAYMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS From Outside Poland
Seminar price: taking into account the economical diversity of individual countries and social differences we decided to propose three rates for the seminar.
- Rate 1 – Adequate for people who live in wealthy countries /f.e. West Europe, USA, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Australia, etc./ or people with high income irrespectively of their country of origin.
- Rate 2 – Adequate for people who live in wealthy countries but economically weak /f.e. East Europe/.
- Rate 3 – Adequate for people from economically underdeveloped countries with a very tough economic situation.
If you are a person who is in a weaker economic position even though you live in a wealthy country you may apply for a payment’s reduction describing your situation.
If you are not sure to which economic sphere you belong please feel free to ask.

Only a full payment assures your place at the seminar.
In case of a withdrawal of your participation until December 28th 2013, you will get a full refund minus 10% administrative costs.
In case of a withdrawal of your participation after December 28th 2013, you will get a 50% refund.
In case of a withdrawal of your participation after February 1st 2014, you will not get a refund.
A participant, who would like to withdraw after that date can appoint someone else for his place, in which case a 10% fee of the payed amount will be charged as administrative costs.
SCHOLARSHIPS
There is a limited number of scholarships for participants from countries that are extremely disadvantaged in the global economy. Please send in your applications for those until the end of 2013. The results will be announced on January 10th 2014.
WORK STUDY
“Work study” scholarships will be awarded to participants in a difficult, disadvantaged economical situation. Please send your applications for those until the end of 2013. The results will be announced on January 10th 2014.
EUROPEAN FUNDS
For participants from the European Union /excluding Poland/ we would recommend applying for the Grundvig programme “Visits and exchanges for adult educational staff 2013” – the deadline for applications is September 17th 2013.
To apply for funding from the Visits & Exchanges Grundtvig program, please download an application form from a web page of your national agency of Grundtvig and fill the funding request. The application must be accompanied by an invitation sent by the organizers of the seminar Worldwork 2014. To receive this invitation, please contact them by email: ipp@processwork.pl.
